We're upgrading our billing system at MintServers. This change brings new features and improvements to how you manage payments for your servers. If you pay with PayPal, there is one small step required from you after March 10th.
What's Changing for PayPal Users
As part of this upgrade, PayPal users will need to re-link their PayPal account after March 10th. This is a one-time step and takes less than a minute.
- Wait for March 10th: The new billing system goes live on March 10th. You will receive an email and see the link in the Dashboard alert.
- Re-link Your Account: Follow the link and re-add your PayPal account for your services renewal.
- You're Done: Everything else carries over automatically - your servers, settings, and billing history are unaffected.
Grace Period
If you don't re-link immediately, don't worry. You have a 14 day grace period after March 10th before any services are affected. We'll send reminders so nothing catches you off guard.
